Bacon Jam Follow Up

Here is a follow up to my previous post on Bacon Jam. I put some Bacon Jam on my cheeseburger tonight. It was delicious, adding a little sweetness coupled with the caramelized onions and the ketchup. Just a little bit of barbecue sauciness and a hint of smokiness. Much better than a bacon jammed piece of bread with avocado and tomato. And the pickles were a nice contrast, tart and crisp!
